No sooner than the excitement of Crufts is over then Henry Wag is gearing up for PATS Sandown, the UK’s number one trade show for pets.

Not only is PATS days away, running from 20-21st March, but we’re officially launching two new products to extend our micro-fibre range still further.

PATS really does have everything for the pet trade and is visited by the independent retailers, national chains, wholesalers, groomers and garden centres.

On Stand G4 in the top middle of the Surrey Hall we look forward to talking to the trade about our products and hopefully recruiting more Henry Wag stockists.

New Product Launch 1: Noodle Mats

Henry Wag Microfibre MatNoodle Mats come in 3 sizes – 65 x 50cm, 80 x 65cm, and 100 x 80cm. These fit snugly into three larger sizes of Henry Wag’s elevated dog beds. The mats have been specifically designed to maximise the comfort of the bed through removing moisture and dirt from your dog’s coat while they are resting. This makes regular grooming much easier.

The multiple noodles on the mat are technically chenilles, each woven from high quality micro-fibres. A chenille is said to look like a hairy caterpillar, hence the name. But it could just as easily be the protective pupae from which a butterfly emerges.

The mats are machine washable and where used in beds can be easily machine washable weekly to avoid the build-up of smells. The mats can also be used simply on the floor whether that is at home or in the car.

New Product Launch 2: Micro fibre Glove Towel

Henry Wag Microfibre Glove TowelOur second launch is already attracting attention from professional dog groomers given its potential to make drying and grooming easier and quicker.

The micro fibre glove towel has two gloves connected with fabric- think the traditional 2-handed oven glove in design. This means that either the groomer can use both hands at the same time to dry and clean the pet. Or for smaller breeds can hold securely with one hand whilst using the other and then switch easily.

The Glove Towel is made as you would expect from the same high quality micro-fibre as the rest of Henry Wag’s microfibre range with the grooming and well-being benefits that brings.

Guy and Grant from Henry Wag had a great 4 days at Crufts talking to pet-owners about their needs. They look forward to sharing experiences and our new products with the trade next week so that more pets can benefit from British designed products aimed at improving their health and well-being.
